We started the first phase of our basement project. Basically in one day our basement was demo-ed and the clean-up lasted all week long. On
On the second day spaces were cleaned up for insulation to be placed in between supports. This space shows that we do actually have our house bolted to the foundation which is a good thing.
We used ladders to reach the ceilings to pull the nails that were left when the ceilings were pulled down. Behind this ceiling was a collection of acorns and filberts most likely left behind by a squirrel.
Julie's Dad spent all day cutting insulation and really helped us with the project!
