During our trip to Oregon we attended our good friend, Nyla's mother's funeral. The ceremony was a nice testimony of a woman I saw had passed on many of her great qualities to her daughter. This photo was of all but one of the bride's maids in Nyla's wedding (Nyla in the dark dress). Nyla's mom had made our dresses and was quite a seamstress with quilts and projects displayed at the ceremony. I love this photo as it shows how friends come together to support each other in the trials of life. We have been blessed to have such great friends who are not afraid to walk in life with us. I also love that although Nyla and Craig were married twenty years ago, the bridesmaids from the wedding could get together and pick up just like the wedding was yesterday. What a blessing!
