Savannah Children's Museum/ Train Museum

Thursday, Sabrina's class went on a field trip to the Savannah Children's Museum.    This was in an old train station which is being converted into a museum and all the exhibits are pretty much outside.

Most photos were taken quickly as Sabrina moved quickly from station to station at a full run.   I hardly could get a shot before she was off.   Her teacher remarked I needed a movie camera to really capture her in action.

The climbing wall.

Down the slide

Sabrina's "friend" who did almost everything with her.

The dress up station.  Note how the clothing us underneath to keep it dry.

These blocks had beads or glitter water inside to add color or interest.

These giant building blocks were a great hit!   The "friend" was putting cushions underneath her feet!

The upper level had many stations for different recreation.

Large tinker toys.

A huge xylophone.

Making music.

A rain stick.

A staff member trying to organize three/ four year olds!
