Run around, Puzzle and Rest

To start off the four day weekend, we had a play date with a couple of friends from school.   The first thirty to forty minutes were "tornado" activities.   Running from room to room grabbing toys, riding a trike, playing in the cardboard fort and then suddenly the activities changed to quiet ones.

Puzzles were done as a team with each child placing pieces.

Then one by one, they migrated to the couch.   At one point these two stretched back with their arms behind their heads.

The stage of all the activity.   Afterwards, we went to the pond to feed the fish and Wilbur the duck!
