In the spirit of living in a new area for awhile, Randy and I decided we needed to try some new food. While in Charleston, we went to a seafood restaurant and ordered crab burgers. I pictured crabmeat on a bun. When it arrived fully in shell on the bun, I was surprised to say the least. Guess I need to read the menu closer next time to see the fine print of soft shell is left on while it is fried. The longer I looked at it, the less I wanted to eat it.
