Papa and Grandma Judy drove up from Oregon to meet with us in our hotel in Lynnwood. It was great to see them and we all went to see Joyce on a couple of visits.

The Marriot Residence Inn was a fabulous facility with a kitchen so we were able to eat meals in. Breakfast was provided so in the end, it was a very good way to stay away from home. We had dinner in and then played Bridge with Papa and Grandma Judy. New Year's Eve we played cards and then went to bed by 10pm.
